Kind Kulture is the public name of Umuco Love, Inc., a registered 501©(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 85-0780571) based in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what information we collect through kindkulture.org, how we use it, and your choices.

Information you give us: When you subscribe to Dear Humanity, contact us, submit the Share Your Story form, or make a donation, we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in your message.

Donations: Donations are processed by our payment partner (FundraiseUp) and the relevant payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Information collected automatically: Like most websites, we automatically receive your IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

We use your information to send the Dear Humanity newsletter (you can unsubscribe anytime), respond to your messages, process and acknowledge donations, understand and improve how our site is used, and meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations.

Service providers

We share limited information only with providers that help us operate, including Squarespace (website hosting), Google Analytics (site analytics), FundraiseUp (donations), and Substack (newsletter delivery). We do not sell your personal information.
